I offer a range of workshops in the field of Holistic Health & Well-being. Courses run throughout the year and can be booked to suit your schedule.
I have a maximum of 6 people per course. I prefer smaller groups as this ensures that each person receives enough 1:1 learning time. All course prices include any handouts or manuals, lunches, snacks & refreshments during the workshops.
A 50% deposit is required from each student to reserve their place on a course and this is refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the course start date.
usui reiki level 1
Come and learn this gentle non-invasive healing techniqe. During this course you will learn the history of Mikao Usui & Reiki. The Principles of Reiki healing. Experience giving & receiving a Reiki treatment as well as how to incorporate Reiki in your every day life. You will receive 4 attunements over the 2 days. Students will need to complete a 21 day self healing schedule before we meet up to discuss this and they receive their certificate.
usui reiki level 2
Do you feel that it is time to take your Reiki to the next level? Then this course is for you. During this course you will receive 2 attunements over the 1st 2 initial days of the workshop. These are designed to strengthen your connection to the Reiki energy as well as giving you the symbols to enhance this connection. You will also be given plenty of time to learn and draw the symbols. You will learn how to use the symbols to enhance your Reiki connection and energy. Learn how to give distant healing sessions. You will also have to complete a 21 day self healing programme similar to that on the Reiki Level 1 course. As level 2 is considered the 'practitioner' level
I have designed this course around the core curriculum recommendations as set by the Reiki Council which is as follows:

Reiki theory & practise 15 hours in person training & 35 hours self practise = total 50 hours
Practitioner skills 20 hours in person training & 40 hours self practise = total 60 hours
Practice management 10 hours in person training & 20 hours self practise = total 30 hours

I run my level 2 workshops over 9 months to ensure that each student feels comfortable not only with the Reiki methods but also that they have enough time to acquaint themselves with all of the legal requirements for running a Reiki business. My course will include the Reiki theory and practise but also anatomy & physiology, client care & after care, practise management i.e pricing, appointment booking, marketing & publicity, health & safety requirments. Professional standards, ethics and codes of practise. Client confidentiality. Creating a good rapport with your clients. Complying with all relevant laws, not diagnosing or offering medical advice (unless you are medically qualified). Data protection, insurance requirements, marketing and advertising restrictions. And finally the most important aspect self care for yourself.
usui reiki level 1
Usui Reiki level 1 is all about self-care. Not only will you learn about the history and lineage of Usui Reiki, you will also receive 2 attunements on day 1 and 2 on day 2. Day 1 we cover the theory side of the course interspersed with plenty of practical techniques too. Day 2 is spent with as much time devoted to applying the practical techniques as we can. I then ask students to go away and complete a 21 day self healing programme. To me this is probably the most important part of the course as it helps the student to deepen their own connection to the Reiki energy as well as helps to build confidence. We then arrange to meet again after the 21 days to go over any issues and share experiences and feedback before you receive your certificate. I also invite my students to join my Reiki Club, another invaluable way to talk with like minded people and share experiences as you go through your Reiki journey. This level of Reiki does NOT allow you to charge for treatments.

master/teacher level
I run this course over 24 months and usually only train 1 student to Master/Teacher level at a time. Also included in this course, how to draw the Usui Master Symbol & say the Mantra. Attunement to the Master Symbol. Ways of using the Usui Master symbol in treatments. Learning & practising of Hui Yin (muscular contraction to hold energy). Learning what to include when you teach Reiki. The responsibilities when becoming a Reiki Master. How to maintain your own personal Spiritual development. You will be encouraged and helped to design and run your own Reiki workshops and classes.

8 week holistic well-being course
A complete holistic wellbeing guide for everybody but with the tools to allow each person to tailor this guide to suit their style and needs. Some of the topics covered in this course are as follows- Basic relaxation exercise. The importance of gratitude in our lives. Self-care. . Mental wellbeing including relaxation and stress management.. Healthy eating habits. Food diary and meal planning. You are in control-How to keep yourself in a higher vibration.
