Holistic Signature Treatment

Service Description

My signature treatment begins with your in-depth consultation where we will discuss your needs for the days treatment. This is followed by your Aromatherapy consultation, where I will pick a selection of essential oils for you to choose from for your individual oil blend to be used during your treatment. This treatment works on your physical, emotional and energetic needs by combining both hands on physical therapy in the clinical back massage, emotional support via the essential oil blend and Reiki, which along with the grounding foot massage at the end of your treatment helps to re-balance your energy body too. We begin your treatment with a gentle breathing exercise and passive stretches down your back to help prepare you for the Reiki spinal treatment which will then flow into your back massage. Once I have finished working on your back, I will ask you to turn over so that I can work on your neck from the front of your body before finishing with a mini Reflexology treatment to ensure that you are feeling relaxed and grounded after your treatment. The session concludes with a chat afterwards where we will discuss your after-care needs and treatment plan for moving forward.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions have to be pre-booked with a deposit paid. Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, if the session is cancelled within 48hours of the planned workshop. Consideration will be given for illness or other unavoidable situations within reason.
