Service Description

With so much stress and anxiety in our lives and the World today it is easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed. Mindfulness offers us a way to manage this stress and anxiety by giving us the tools to view our lives objectively, to quiet the chatter in our minds and go within. It encourages us to connect with how we are feeling in the now, rather than worrying about the past or the future. Buddha said"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment". In these 1:1 sessions I begin with a consultation and then I will walk you through a Mindfulness exercise/meditation during your session. We will also discuss your options for how you can begin to incorporate these techniques at home and in your every day life.
