Service Description

During this treatment the feet are first massaged, followed by opening of the energy/meridian channels on the feet, a consultation of the feet to pinpoint areas of imbalance. These areas do not indicate illness and this is not a medical diagnosis, rather an energetic one. In Easter medicine they work on the premise that when our energetic bodies are in balance so will our overall health. By applying pressure to areas of the feet that need re-balancing using different amounts of pressure & techniques we can, over time re-balance the body as a whole. The treatment is finished with a short grounding foot massage routine. Many clients state that Reflexology helps them to feel more relaxed and many find that they enjoy a deeper more refreshing sleep post treatment. Clients often find that a course of treatments close together is the best way to get lasting benefits. Essential oils are used to enhance this treatment. Why not upgrade to the Deluxe treatment? This includes a lower leg massage and pressure point work, a foot mask and wrap finished off with a chakra balancing foot massage.
